Regular Meeting
Lincoln Township Board
11 February 2008

Supervisor Ringley called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call present were West, Galloway, Branam, Ringley and Majewski. Also present were Zoning Admin. Lambert, Lakes Dir. Carey, Fire Chief Majewski, Building Insp. Mantei, Freeman Twp. Supervisor Lightfoot and 14 other interested persons.

Treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

Motion by Galloway to pay the monthly bills, second by Branam, roll call vote, 5 yeas, motion carried.

Chief Majewski gave the fire dept. report with 4 mutual aid, 22 rescue and 3 power line related runs for the month of January, 47 year to date.

Motion by Ringley to approve a fire fund expenditure of $480.00 for the purchase of a 500 watt stationary mount light, second by Galloway, all in favor, motion carried.

Galloway reported that the planning commission will cancel the March and April meetings due to members being out of town.

Motion by Ringley to approve a general fund expenditure of $1567.13, the costs related to the states 14 point review of the assessors procedures/records, second by Branam, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Ringley to adopt the 2008 Federal Poverty Guidelines, second by Branam, all in favor, motion carried.

Public Comment:
Mark Lightfoot asked that the board consider a loitering ordinance.

Motion by Branam to adjourn the meeting, second by Galloway, all in favor, meeting adjourned at 8:17 pm.
