Lincoln Township Board
08 March, 2010

Supervisor Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call present were, Carey, Hardin, Tobin, Zimmerman and Majewski. Also present was, County Commissioners Grim and Lockmiller, Fire Chief Majewski, Building Insp. Mantei, Zoning Admin. Lambert, Fire Fighters Englehardt and Peacock, Farwell Village Pres. Grim, Deputy Humphrey and 8 other interested persons.

Minutes of the 08 February 2010 meeting accepted as presented.
Minutes of the 26 February 2010 special meeting with Wilcox accepted as presented.

Treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

Motion by Hardin to pay the monthly bills, second by Tobin, roll call vote, all in favor, motion carried.

Fire Chief Majewski reported that the Medical First Responders are no longer able to use Glucometers to check blood sugars. This must be done by an ALS unit per state regulations.
There were 1 mutual aid, 23 rescue and 2 fire related runs for the month of February, 56 year to date.

Tobin reported that the computer software has been installed on the cemetery computer and that he is investigating the Radar Imaging.

Motion by Zimmerman to approve the annual CPI increase (2.6%) according to the terms of our contract with Lincoln Sanitation, increasing the monthly payment $435.92 or 25 cents per livable dwelling, for residential rubbish pick-up, second by Hardin, all in favor, motion carried.

Zimmerman pointed out that the updated Downtown Enhancement Plan is available for public review.

Motion by Hardin to adjourn the meeting, second by Carey, all in favor, meeting adjourned at 8:47 p.m.
