Special Meeting w/ Dreyer
Lincoln Township Board
15 June, 2009

Supervisor Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

Present were, Zimmerman, Tobin, Carey, Hardin and Majewski. Also present was Tammy Howell.

Dreyer presented the document regarding the proposed settlement agreement with Howell/McCarty.
Dreyer presented the document regarding the proposed order to dismiss w/prejudiced.
Dreyer presented the document regarding the motion by McCarty for revisions to the drainage plan.
Dreyer said that we should review and consider for action each document. He recommended that the board go in to closed session.

Motion by Zimmerman to go to Closed Session at 1:38 p.m., second by Tobin, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Zimmerman to return to regular session at 2:05 p.m., second by Hardin, all in favor, regular session resumed.

Motion by Zimmerman to adopt resolution number 061509-A a resolution regarding the Confidential Settlement Agreement as discussed, second by Hardin, roll call vote, 5 yeas, resolution adopted.

Motion by Zimmerman to adopt resolution number 061509-B, a resolution regarding the settlement order as discussed in closed session, second by Hardin, roll call vote, 5 yeas, resolution adopted.

There was no public comment.

Motion by Tobin, supported by Hardin to adjourn the meeting, all in favor, meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
